Cemento Surf Hardware is a family-owned business that was founded in 2013, started first as a small online shop founded by Mr. Reno Tolentino and his father, Mr. Raul Tolentino. Mr. Raul is one of the pioneers in surfing and the oldest surfer in Baler, Aurora, who surely has passed down the love for the ocean waves to his son before going abroad. Mr. Reno came to the realization that there are limited options for surfing equipment and gear in the Philippines. The quality of surfing gears is very crucial due to the nature of the sport, the equipment is always exposed to the blazing heat of the sun and the salty waves of the water which may lead to ruination.

Hence, Cemento Surf Hardware was found and they began importing high-quality products to provide surfers with better choices. In the year of 2013, the currents of surfing tourism had begun. With the unquestionable attractiveness of the sea, it became a certain destination to many, moreover, Cemento Surf Hardware started to provide the needs of the surfers and beach-goers. In the following year, we established a physical shop in Baler which supplies the finest in quality surfing types of equipment and gears. Baler is the capital municipality of the province of Aurora, and it has been said that Baler is the birthplace of Philippine surfing.

It is located in the eastern part of Central Luzon region. Our location is central Baler across Museo De Baler and Baler Park. We value every customer from all over. Cemento Surf Hardware provides essential products that will assure the customer’s need in terms of surfing, not only to get started but to get even further into the waves.
