ORDER PROCESS UPON CHECKOUT


1. The shipping fee is auto-computed for regular items (for off-size items, refer to delivery).

2. Pay the total amount using the appropriate payment methods.

3. Send the proof of payment via email or Cemento Surf Hardware Facebook Page.

4. A notification will be sent once the item(s) is shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS:

Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Gcash Money Remittance via Palawan Express.



DELIVERY

Orders will be processed from our surf shop in Baler, Aurora. We ship Monday to Saturday. Cut off time daily is 3:00 PM. Orders placed beyond 3:00 PM will be processed the next day.

We charge a shipping fee per item based on the item's weight. For off-size items (ex. surfboards, board bags, bulk orders), we will process your order manually. After you successfully check out your order, we will contact you via email/SMS/Facebook to proceed with payment and order.

REFUNDS

We accept refunds. Contact us through our Facebook page for refund assistance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the shipment date. However, the products must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

Please ensure to contact us through our Facebook page prior to returning/exchanging the products to us.
