Cemento Surf Hardware is a family-owned business that was founded in 2013, started first as a small online shop and a year later has established a physical shop in Baler founded by Mr. Reno Tolentino and his father, Mr. Raul Tolentino. Mr. Raul is one of the pioneers in surfing and the oldest surfer in Baler, Aurora, who surely has passed down the love for the ocean waves to his son before going abroad. The father and son duo came to the realization that there are limited options for surfing equipment and gear in the Philippines which resulted in importing the finest quality product for surfing.
